My package is lost....
If your our package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I received a damaged product. How should I proceed?
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we apologize and will take care of the problem for you. We will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 5 days of delivery.
Please email customerservice@spalyfe.com with your order number and details of the damaged we will replace it for you, on us!
What is your online return policy?
We understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. You may return your un-burned candle within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail from us as soon as your item or items have been shipped.
